Built by a working operator

Why a flat fee, not per-seat

I run the office side of a trades business in Kent. The crew's on the tools. Jottle's built around how that actually works on a normal Wednesday, not how a software company thinks it does.

Braden · Operator, Kent

Most trade software charges per user. A three-man firm pays a hundred quid a month before they've sent a quote. Flat tiers mean Jottle costs the same whether you're you and your mate or a five-strong team.

The pricing principle · See the strategy doc

Voice in, priced quote out, customer signs on their phone. Built for UK trades, in the UK. GBP, VAT, BACS, sort codes. None of the American workarounds.

The product principle · Designed for the UK

Customer testimonials going up here as soon as the first beta tradesmen are happy. No fakes.

Picking a plan

Four questions to find your tier

1. How many quotes do you actually send each month?
Under three? Free. Up to fifty? Solo. Around a hundred to two hundred? Pro. More than that, especially with a crew? Crew. The caps exist so nobody gets a surprise bill, not to nickel-and-dime.
2. Is it just you, or do you have lads with you?
Just you, even with a mate helping on jobs? Solo covers it. One or two lads who need their own login? Pro (three users). Four or more? Crew (eight users), with role-based access so the apprentice can't see what was charged.
3. Do you need to chase customers for replies and payment?
If yes (and almost every working tradesman says yes), you need a paid tier. Auto follow-up reminders are not gated to Pro. They're in every paid tier from Solo upward, because chasing quietly is the single biggest cashflow lever in trades.
4. Do you want reporting and a team calendar?
Solo gives you a personal calendar and no reporting. Pro adds reporting and a multi-user calendar so you can see who's doing what. Crew adds Owner / Crew roles so the lads see only their own jobs.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
Yes. Fourteen days, no card up front. Start from Settings → Subscription once you're signed in. At the end you drop back to whatever paid tier you're on, or to Free if you've not paid yet.
Is VAT included in those prices?
Yes. Every price on this page is inclusive of VAT. The headline doesn't change when Jottle eventually registers for VAT; the 20% comes out of margin, not your bill.
What happens if I hit my quote cap?
The app shows a friendly upgrade prompt and pauses voice-to-quote until next month or you upgrade. No surprise bills, no metered overage. Caps are sized to never bite a normal user (Solo's fifty is 2.5 a working day).
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. From Settings → Subscription, one tap. You keep access until the end of the billing period. No phone calls, no retention scripts.
Annual or monthly?
Annual is ten months at the monthly price (two months free). Saves £34 on Solo, £58 on Pro, £118 on Crew. Pick monthly if you'd rather see Jottle prove itself month to month first.
Do extra users on Crew cost more?
Crew includes eight users. Beyond that it's £8 per extra user. Most small firms never reach the cap. Per-user pricing is the cost model trick Jottle exists to avoid.

Start free. Pay when Jottle earns its keep.

No card to sign up. No phone calls to cancel. Try it on tomorrow's quote and see if it sticks.
